Shipping & Returns
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING RATES:
- Please allow 2-3 days to process your order.
- When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.
- All are shipped via trusted carriers.
- Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times are dependant on the carrier service. We will advise if there are any changes.
UPON RECEIVING ORDER:
Please carefully check all items when receiving your order. If there are any damages or missing items, email us right within 48 hrs of receival and we will do our best to correct the issue. Please include photos in the email if advising of damages.
International Shipping:
We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Returns:
Please notify us of any return or refund within 48hrs of receiving your order. Once you have decided to continue with the refund or return process, you will be issued a RMA number. Please do not proceed without receiving a RMA number first.
We accept returns within 15 days after delivery. The item or items must be unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and a 15 % restocking fee will apply.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
